  1. “It is so important to recognize the causes and effects of stress and
how stress can alter the way one would live out the quality of his or
her life intended in happiness.” [Angela Booker] 3:20 p.m. 4/14/12
The Definition of Stress taken from “The American Heritage College
Dictionary” (3rd Edition) express the related health meaning as being,
“A mentally or emotionally disruptive or upsetting condition occurring
in response to adverse external influences and is usually characterized
by increased ‘heart rate’, a rise in ‘blood pressure’, ‘muscular tension’,
‘irritability’, and [depression].” “Also, given the aspect of prominent stress,
a stimulus or circumstance causing a serious health condition can be
very prevalent and lead the sufferer to a distracting lifestyle.”
